“Didn't meet my expectations”
We booked the luxurious room with its own hot tub which was really special. The bed was extremely comfy & the dressing gowns very lovely & fuffy

“An average hotel”
Quite hard to find but plenty of parking. Our room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was a strange setup but perfectly adequate. Breakfast was good with a good selection of food.

“Grim.DONT STAY HERE”
The staff were very rude. The property was hard to find and when I said to the receptionist she replied ITS NOT MY FAULT. I was just commenting. Then the room I reserved had a coffee machine in the room it also showed a picture of the Nespresso machine. There was no machine in the room it also when I asked the receptionist about this she said only the premium rooms have a coffee machine. She pointed out that the description and photo was for a standard room. Again she was not interested. I’m my opinion guests are not welcome in this hotel

“Seemed a little lacking for a Mercure hotel. Not as good as they used to be and even a little scruffy in places. Perhaps”

“Fabulous and comfortable.”
The rooms were cozy and nice with clean bathrooms and towels. AC was working fine. Staff was kind and sweet. I didn't get to have breakfast but overall experience was great.

“Good stay, love it...”
Room was comfortable, well equipped and clean. The location is easily access by bus or taxi, takes 7 minutes from city center. Receptionists are very welcome, warm, attentive and collaborative. Breakfast had largely enough of choices, cereals, breads, croissants, fruits, yoghurt, eggs, cheeses, jam, especially they have Nespresso Machine with hot milk, i love this :-)
