“Great spot brilliant hosts and staff, lovely apartment in all seasons.”
The staff organising with us to do handover and keys were brilliant. Communication and confirmation the whole way was exceptional, informative and helpful. We had never been to Annecy before so it made it very easy. Thanks

“Perfect Annecy vacation”
The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. It had all the amenities we could possibly need. We loved sitting out on the terrace in the mornings and evenings. We were also very grateful that the air conditioners worked so well, as it was very hot during our stay. We will definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone we know going to Annecy in the future.

“A lovely apartment in a lovely location”
The property was on the top floor, had air conditioning and a lovely view of the mountains. The agent who handed over the keys was very friendly and helpful, especially when we had difficulty unlocking the barrier to our parking space. It turned out that someone had given us the wrong key to the barrier, but all was fine once we had the correct key. The apartment has air conditioning, which was very much appreciated in the recent heat wave.

“Felt unsafe and would not stay again.”
Not much but we must thank Charlotte for helping us when we got lost finding the apartment (we could not believe where the Sat Nav was taking us) and the roof terrace was lovely but nothing could compensate for the poor location.
