The location is unbeatable – just a stone's throw away from the picturesque Old Town, the stunning Lake Annecy.. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, modern, and immaculately clean. It offers all the amenities you could wish for. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing excellent recommendations. Overall, this apartment is a perfect base for exploring Annecy.

Great location, easy to access to lake and Annecy, nice little balcony, good facilities, clean and modern, great that we could store bikes in the garage and good comms from Margaret the host.

“Great apartment in excellent location”
Very nice apartment. Excellent location within a short walking distance to the city center. The apartment is modern, spacious and well equipped. A large balcony with a nice view of the lake. private parking. Wi-Fi works well. We had a great time there, too bad we had to leave.

“Perfect, everything was exactly as describe and communication with the host was impeccable.”
Great location giving a short walk into the centre of town. The apartment itself has everything you need to move straight in and relax immediately, particularly important as a family doing a lot of travelling. Our contact Sonia was extremely communicative and friendly, so we had all the information we needed and checking in and out was very smooth.
