“Excellent location very helpful host high spec apartment”

The location of this apartment was amazing. Smack bang in the middle of the old town. The host Sebastien was extremely helpful he let us in and explained everything gave us some good recommendations as well. Property was very clean. Very high spec good quality linen and towels. Great to get a safe in the room as well.

The entrance of the property is weird with a lack of illumination. The rooms are located in a building with shared areas, including those of other companies, such as restaurants. There is a common area (Kitchen and Restaurant's storage). So, you need to pass through this shared old area without privacy to go to the room.

The location was right in the middle of the old city, just minutes away from everything. The room was spacious with a large refrigerator, a microwave, and silverware. The owner was friendly and helpful.

If there was a higher score I would of given it- but 10/10 will do. The property may be a little hard to find when you first arrive, it’s quite a discreet door- which adds character to it. It’s in an old building, right at the top (Duplex apartment). But once you open the door you immediately feel like you are in a luxury building ! The property is absolutely beautiful, lots of natural light, extremely clean, stunning decoration,has all the equipment you need for a short stay- including spices etc. The tub is the icing on the cake- after a nice meal in the evening, you get back to the apartment and relax in there. You step out and you are on the Main Street of the “old town”- can not get better than this. So busy outside, yet you don’t hear any noise in the property. We loved our time here, and of course lastly we have to mention the host. Sebastien is a gem- very accommodating, friendly. Gave us recommendations where to eat, helped getting a taxi to the airport. We really appreciated everything. Thank you.

“Luxirious stay”

We stayed at the room with the Jacuzzi which was really enjoyable. It is a really beautiful, clean, modern apartment with comfortable bedding/furniture and although in the centre of Annecy, once you closed the windows it was super quiet. The host was also very helpful and communicative, always there to answer any questions.

Interesting and unexpected experience in quite a rough building. The room is small (not more than 200sq ft), the corner storage area behind the curtains is not quite usable. Not sure that should be considered as a studio. Nevertheless, the room is decorated to a high standard. The environment is not what we were expecting. The only openable windows are facing the stairs and no privacy if the curtains are open.

The host was Delightful and easy to work with. The location of the apartment is right in the heart of the old town and very charming. The interior was very modern and well appointed! I loved the unique addition of the sauna.
