“Cosy - best for 2 persons only”
It was a nice place to stay. Very cosy appartment. Nice people. But it was NOT two bathroom: It is 1 bathrooom, - and 2 toilets. And one bedroom is also the entrance for the second bedroom. So one bedroom is without privacy. Nice baskets with breakfast.

“Cosy and comfortable rooom in a great location”
The location was fantastic, right in the middle of Annecy where the Sunday market is held and amongst the bars/restaurants. The fire in the room was lovely and cosy, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the addition of the steam shower too.

“Great accommodation in City Centre”
Great location, in the heart of the town, qwerky apartment with everything you need, shops cafes right on the door step. Minutes away from the late and train Bus station too. Peter your host, very nice and friendly, English speaking too.

The location was excellent. The car park is very close and is reasonably priced. Peter is a pleasure to deal with on check in, and could do enough for us.

“The place to stay in the heart of the old town of Annecy”
Very comfortable large room in a different levels so enough space for a family of 4. Very cosy. You do not hear anything from the streets although you are staying at the centre of the city. It is only a few 100 meters from everything. And it is has a public underground parking in front of the appartement. Breakfast basket was amazing with fresh yoghurt, juices, chocolate milk, bread, croissants and pain au chocolate. Just top.
