Amazing location with a beautiful view from the balcony. Stefane was a wonderful host. The apartment was large and well-equipped including a washing machine.

Lovely apartment in amazing location. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Thiou was an absolute highlight! The host Stefane is also really helpful and provided lots of great tips for exploring Annecy. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location, gorgeous outlook over the Le Thiou canal. Historic apartment. The owner went out of his way to greet us and helped us with car parking.

Fabulous unexpected breakfast delivery. Location was more than fabulous, bang in the middle of the old town and with the best ever balcony for people watching on the pretty main canal

We were not expecting the full breakfast! Pleasant surprise! We loved the location, Right at the city center, surrounded by lively restaurants and bars. The breakfast with that view was amazing, in fact, better than the pictures shown on the booking site! Having multiple options for seating in living room was great too, used coffee table for breakfast and bar table for take away burger in the evening. The fully equiped kitchen, although did not really get a chance to use it.
