“Overall excellent. Annecy was a lovely place to visit & the property well located.”
Location with a lovely view over Lake Annecy. Host met us & showed us the apartment, where to park & how to get in a out. All explained well. Host followed up by sending restaurant, sightseeing, food & other information. Easy walking distance to lake & shops.

Few minutes walk to Old Town and the lake front. The place had everything we needed for a two night stay, including a washer with dryer, convenient if you're going swimming. The view from the balcony is also pretty great. Marc was nice enough to give us a map of Annecy and all the spots we should check out.

Nice facilities inside the apartment, lift was a bonus. Easy walk to the old part of town and lake, less than 10 minutes.

“Annecy was great but apartment was let down by a few failings.”
Location for the town was good. Had a light and airy feel and the balcony was good to sit out on. Showers and hot water supply were good. Parking in the apartment was a bonus.

Sofa too hard Did not use balcony because of really loud traffic Bedrooms only have ceiling fans, one of which did not work, and the other was too noisy to use at night
