“very bad, worst experience in booking.com”
without any prior notice, the apartment owner unnecessarily charged me 500 euros deposit when I checked in and took the money from my credit card account, and after two weeks he still held it and did not return 500euros to me. I never have such experience before when I booked a stay in booking.com
