The apartment was very well equipped and in a nice style. Parking is free if you pull ahead to the street to the right. Loved the freebies they left really thoughtful.

The apartment is excellent! We absolutely loved it. It was clean and had everything we needed. The sauna and jacuzzi added the extra fun to our stay. Communication was really good from start to finish. Definitely recommend it if you're visiting Annecy.

Beautiful spacious apartment. Very well equipped kitchen. Thoughtfulness of the travellers' needs was obvious with little touches like complimentary snacks and wine. Fans were provided, which were sufficient in the unexpected heat.

Lovely spacious, clean flat with a balcony. Spa bath and sauna. Didnt have a chance to use sauna as the weather was so hot. The spa bath was wonderful and used it to cool down and relax after a long day walking. Thank you for the sweet treats, cold drinks, coffees, teas etc. great washing machine and tumble dryer. We didn’t cook so can’t comment on that. Tv was great too with Netflix, YouTube etc. sofa and bed very comfortable. There were 2 fans which were great as there no air conditioning. 10 min walk into the town. Would stay again if in Annecy

The location was excellent - just a 10 minute walk to the centre. The apartment is spacious and very clean. It is very well equipped and the host had left us some drinks in the fridge, including a bottle of Prosecco. There were just the two of us but it would be ideal also for a family.

A hidden gem! Wonderful, quiet, warm, and immaculate place! Loved absolutely everything, starting with free parking and clear instructions on how to get in. It is a great apartment for a very comfortable stay! To add more to all the extra treats that were left in the kitchen/fridge for us, we were spoiled with sauna, jacuzzi, and a provided bottle of champagne! Thank you, we certainly had a amazing Valentine's Day! We would love to stay there again in the future!

“An absolutely perfect finish to our France holiday”

Location was great and it was only a very short walk to the town - 7-10 minutes and it is also on a bus route. The decor and facilities were wonderful and the standard of cleanliness very high. Extra little touches such as a bottle of bubbles, bottled water, milk in the fridge and little snacks was a lovely and unexpected surprise. The spa bath and sauna were an added bonus and the little balcony with seating for meals facilitated dining outside.

This place definitely delivers. Everything wonderful. Great communication, great kitchen, I loved cooking here! In the US we have corporate-captured toxic food, so to cook with wholesome, quality ingredients as available in France was a joy and this kitchen made it fun. Clearly the hosts care about their guests and that care is reflected in every detail. We will always remember our three nights here and hope to return some day. Annecy is magical, not to be missed! Merci.

“Relaxing start to our holiday.”

We’ve arrived at this beautiful apartment - the detailed instructions were excellent and very clear. What a lovely job they have done making it look so welcoming! It has been decorated with such care and love - we were just admiring the shelves with the pictures and bottles! The bed is very comfortable and supportive - we are older and that is so important for us. I have trouble with my back, so know this is a sincere comment. We found the Intermarche - closer than Google maps showed us - and returned with food to cook and a bottle of Aperol. The lovely little things left - the Prosecco was so appreciated as we had spritzes with dinner. The chocolates, bag of chips to enjoy with our drinks, napkins on the table - loved all the things that were supplied - so very thoughtful and made us feel so welcome. All the appliances are very easy to use. We’ve encountered induction cooktops before, but have regularly been stumped with how to operate them. This one was so easy. Very well thought out. We usually would return to the apartment after 5pm and didn’t encounter any problem finding parking, but when school is still happening, it might be a little challenging. We didn’t expect such warm weather, but the fans did a good job of making it comfortable at night. This is a very nice, quiet place to stay, easy and close to Annecy center. Netflix on the TV so we had English speaking programs to watch.

Everything you could possibly need. Excellent location near to old town but far enough away for peace. Very comfortable.

Fabulous apartment. Clean, spacious and airy with wide windows that open fully, each has a metallic screen cover for use at night. Modern well- equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, large enough pots to steam huge artichokes we bought from nearby Grand Frais supermarket, new oven. Great Bialetti to make stovetop coffee with coffee grounds provided; we didn’t use the coffee pods which they also provided. Super comfortable bed and pillows/ doona. Fantastic large spa bathtub. Toilet paper, rubbish bags, dishwashing tablets, washing machine capsules provided so we didn’t have to buy. Chilled water, chocolates and chips ready to eat when we arrived (after a long bike ride so it was amazing). Wifi was good. TV with Netflix, Disney, Prime etc with version originale. (However no free to air TV). Nice useable balcony with small outdoor furniture pieces in sunshine. Street parking out front of apartment building in a quiet neighbourhood. We stayed 4 nights. Love the name of apartment: it is indeed a pearl, and it is located next to the road up to Semnoz D41 (we rode up via col de Leschaux) tho’ the road is hidden behind huge trees so you wouldn’t know it was there. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.
