“Well located, good value”
Good location. You can easily walk into town. Secure parking. Nice terrace and garden to sit out and relax in. Did not have the breakfast.

“A charming relaxing oasis in a busy city”
A beautiful relaxing garden oasis so close to everything. Train station, shopping centre, Lake and Altstadt within 7min - 20min walk. The young couple running /owner of the accommodation have given a lot of attention to detail, to make this place a home away from home. From the amazing breakfasts to the lovely sitting areas to enjoy a drink and peacefulness. A plus, private parking area but ring to book and a secure bike area. Would definitely recommend.

“A cozy place with all the amenities”
A very cozy family-run hotel, located in a quiet area, close to public transportation links to the city and the historic district. Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds. There is a parking and a lovely garden. I recommend this hotel.

Brilliant location, tasty breakfast and the couple who runs the place is absolutely fantastic. So helpful, friendly, they really are there to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Special mention to the huge golden retriever that greets the guests upon arriving - would stay here again.

“Beautiful garden, parking available, great breakfast”
Beautiful hotel very close to the historic part of Annecy! The rooms were clean and well-equipped. The breakfast was absolutely excellent with local produce and products, including fresh strawberries and pear juice to name just a few. The garden is lovely and a great spot for having breakfast outside or getting a drink in the evening. There is a nice parking lot in the back of the garden (make sure to reserve a spot in advance though). Finally, a special bonus was the very friendly golden retriever who loved to get cuddled :)

“Lovely stay in a fantastic location”
a lovely oasis of calm. Everything was lovely. Cooper the golden retriever was very welcoming 😊. Easy walking distance to the old town, a lovely quiet garden, fantastic breakfast and lovely staff. Would definitely return.

“Very enjoyable stay in a beautiful little hotel - would definitely stay there again”
The room was spacious, bright and modern. The Bathroom had a bath and a shower and was very clean. The Hotel was just a short walk away from the main city centre. The accommodation was definitely value for money and would go back and stay there again. I didnt have the Breakfast or avail of the Parking so dont know about these.
