“Lovely stay - would recommend and return!”
The interactions with Stephane, the host, were great. He was very kind to let us extend check-out by two hours. The apartment is lovely, with a beautiful balcony. The bedrooms are lovely, as is the bathtub. Annecy is beautiful, and this is a great base. The apartment is very well appointed.

“Brilliant pleasant stay most enjoyable”
Great location, very clean restaurants and bars near by only a 25 minute walk into the centre parking was easy as we was in our camper van would fit 2 vehicles on the drive, everything you needed and beautiful views of the lake, we will definitely be visiting again. 😍

Location was amazing. Place was tastefully decorated. The attic was perfect size (small and cozy) for our twin toddlers. Balcony overlooking the lake is a huge plus.

“We will be back. Incredibly comfortable, great deco, superb location, great value and warm reception.”
Absolutely everything and was a most memorable experience. The terrace directly opposite the lack was enjoyed to the max. The kitchen has a real wow factor and is well equipped. Since we are a family with 2 adult children the 3 separate sleeping spaces was great. Good location and owner was exceptional in his welcome and during departure.

“Annecy Perfect Location”
Location is superb couldn't be better. Out of the city but can still walk in. Smaller closer restaurants and bars and so close to the lake its superb with a great balcony to chill on and watch the world go by.

“Fabulous apartment in a fabulous location”
A fabulous apartment with views of Lake Annecy, the space has been very cleverly modelled with the low roof bedroom in the roof being the perfect place for the kids to sleep! The living space is a great size and the kitchen has a big fridge, dishwasher and plenty of space to prepare food. The shower room is cleverly designed with a washing machine too and the freestanding bath was great for the kids.
