François is very nice and friendly, he offered me breakfast, and when it turned out that he had lived very close to my hometown in the past, he got out the photo albums and showed me some pictures from back in the day. The location is great, it's 10 minutes from the train station and lake. Annecy is a lovely place, and especially hiking round Lac d'Annecy is a special feeling!

Very nice location, walkable to the tourist spots and next to supermarket. The room is clean with everything needed and the owner François is very helpful.

François was a great host. He was very considerate and kind. The apartment also had full amenities, having 2 bathrooms (1 bath & 1 shower), 2 WCs, and a kitchen. His home was also close to the train+bus station and the city center

Breakfast is prepared independently at any time. There's an open dining room, access to a well-stocked refrigerator, free breakfast ingredients, and access to a stove and microwave. Great location, 10 minutes' walk to the city center, 5 minutes' walk to the train station, quiet, peaceful, and safe. Very close to the IFAlpes language school. The owner is a very nice man, friendly, helpful and intelligent.

IT NEEDS AN AIR CONDITIONER WAS UNBEARABLE HOT WITH ONLY TWO OLD NOISY INNEFECTIVE FANS ,NEVER AGAIN .SLEEP WAS IMPOSSIBLE .

“Perfect stay”
I was very happy to stay here, it was very comfortable and very close to all amenities like an annecy station, groceries, restaurants and annecy lake and Francois (host) is very helpful and friendly, I feel like home here overall my stay was amazing, I would prefer again to come here. 😊

I like the location since it is very near the bus station and metro, it's quite a walk going to the old town but it's walkable and I like to explore and take a walk so it's no big deal. Francois is very helpful and responsive and makes sure you feel at home. I didn't regret that I booked Francois place than the hotels near the old town because the cobbled streets might make it hard to bring wheeled luggage.

It was amazing place to stay if you visit to Annecy. Francois is very kind and polite person. He always help you for what you asking. Nice and clean room. 10 miniutes walk to lake Annecy. Highly recommended. Cheers
