“Hidden gem”
Great place, spacious and very clean. Also very well equiped with all what's needed for a comfy stay. Loved it in here. Romain is super approachable and gave us a lot of recommendations for eating out. Bus stop to go to Old town is super close and there is a supermarket a stone´s throw away too. Amazing value for money!

“Great apartment to enjoy Annecy”
I really liked this apartment: spacious, bright, very well equipped (there is even an oyster knife)! It may seem that they are located far from the city, but we walked to the center. The path goes through the park and does not take much time. Therefore, if you are traveling without a car, I advise you to consider this option. Adequate price-quality ratio. Thanks to Romain for his responsiveness! This is very valuable, thank you and more visitors to your comfortable apartment!

The apartment is very clean and well-prepared with all the details we need for our stay. The owner can speak English, he take good care of us upon arrival and departure, providing information for a stress-free check-out around 11:00 am. We felt at home, enjoying a comfortable and private atmosphere. The place is quiet, well-equipped for cooking, and a cozy sofa in the living room. The apartment is spacious, with separate functional rooms for living. Highly recommended for its affordable prices.

The host was very responsive and accommodating. The bedsheets and towels smelled clean and fresh. The location is great, not far from the city center.
