Proximity to the lake area of Annecy. Easy walking distance to most attractions. Good accomodation for a group. Good cooking facilities. Really close to parking station.

The location is unbeatable. The soundproofing is excellent. Considering the accommodation is above a restaurant, there was no noise to disturb us.

“We loved annecy. So much to do. The flat was spotless and located brilliantly. Parking was out only issue but we found a”
Brilliant for restaurants. Kids loved the fact they had double beds. Brilliant 30% discount t in some of the best restaurants in town. Washing machine and dryer and a nice balcony. Really good kitchen facilities. Buses are free in July and august and go everywhere. Take advantage. Rental for bikes are literally around the corner.
