Friendly staff. Good room. Very clean. Stayed with 6 motor riders.

The biggest credit goes to the very friendly and helpful staff. Every single member of the team was kind and professional. The hotel is located just a few minutes’ walk from the chairlift leading to the red slope. We had a spacious double room. We enjoyed the breakfasts, which offered a good selection of food. The hotel also has a large ski storage room. At the ski lifts, in the slope-side restaurant, in the local grocery store, we were lucky to meet very kind people.

Very well situated hotel, excellent breakfast and dinner. Sauna available - which is welcome after a hard day on the slopes. Rooms clean, quiet. I can definitely recommend.

The staff were really friendly, especially Tomasz. He made sure we were welcomed and comfortable daily. Also the lady in the restaurant was really lovely and helpful.

Very pleasant family atmosphere, excellent location, parking without problems. Breakfast: rich selection, fresh fruit, vegetables, excellent pastries. Dinner on half board very good. The staff are above standard friendly and accommodating.

Very good located, there is a free parking just opposite the hotel. We had a family room - spacious and overlooking to the river. I could stay for hours on the balcony, enjoing the fresh air and the flowing river. We took a short walk in the city of Annaberg and enjoyed a lot. Big comfortable beds and nice breakfast as well.

Staff recommended me to drive 10 km whilst 2 restaurants were open with in 100 mm of the hotel . street facing room , on main road without ventilation , if you open doors and windows , you hear cars / trucks / busses pass entire evening .

Nice hotel ,typical of Austria with large rooms and lots of wood. Dinner was very nice and reasonably priced and the breakfast also good. Use of Sauna was available. Hotel is on main road but very little traffic.

We arrives late, it was no host, but the lady took the time to call us and to explain how to get in the hotel.

The property completely met my expectations. Spacious room with a balcony overlooking the river, comfortable bed, impeccable breakfast. The staff was very kind and professional, courteous and helpful. A beautiful experience of the legendary Austrian hospitality!
