“Perfect stay in a beautiful and quiet area.”

Unbelievably good breakfast. The hotel is located a in very quiet area and surrounded with a nice view from each side. Room size is really too spacious and much more than we expected. All the staff we met including the reception staff ( likely he is the owner of premises) , the lady serving the breakfast and the lady working at the bar all are very kind and supportive. The sauna was clean, hot and well maintained. There are a lot free parking spaces at the front of the hotel. Highly recommended for the families travelling by private car.

We booked this Hotel just because on booking.com is written the place is 16 kilometers away from Hallstatt, but the real distance is 40 kilometers. It was a big lie and I hope Booking.com takes care about it.

“A charming family-run retreat in the mountains”

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely family-run property surrounded by nature and the mountains. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who kindly opened the pool for us, and later we enjoyed the sauna – small, but cozy and well equipped with everything you need. Dinner was excellent. We tried the local specialty, Kaspressknödel in Rindsuppe (cheese bread dumpling served in beef broth), and it was truly delicious. The pricing was fair and absolutely reasonable for the quality offered. You can clearly see the dedication and effort that goes into running this place. There are also many thoughtful details that make the stay pleasant, such as the convenient timer for the bathroom fan – something we had never seen before and found brilliant. Parking is right in front of the house, very practical. Breakfast was generous and varied: the yogurt was outstanding, as were the homemade jams and the fresh eggs.

The hotel has an excellent location. We enjoyed the pool, it gave a perfect touch to our summer trip. The food in the restaurant is excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only comment is for the bathrooms that will benefit from a renovation. The owners and staff are very kind and made us feel very welcome. I fully recommend!

“Magnificent mountain views!”

Magnificent mountain views from both the room and the restaurant! The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, with a terrace overlooking the mountains. We were very grateful to be offered a family room with two separate bedrooms and a shared bathroom, which allowed us to stay together with our son while still enjoying our privacy. The surroundings are lovely – there’s a mini-golf course in the woods along the hay figures trail. Breakfast was included in the price and was excellent.

The location was nice, very nice view from the balcony/terrace. Enough parking spaces. The sauna was great. It has a restaurant in which you can have dinner.
