“Lovely stay”

We were very satisfied with our stay. The accommodation was clean and very nice. We really appreciated the small touches like the apple and water provided for us. There was also a fridge, microwave, and kettle available in the hallway, and dishes in the room. We were pleasantly surprised by the little gifts left at our door, and the Easter chocolate bunny was a lovely touch. Thank you very much – we highly recommend this place!

“Very enjoyable stay with great hosts!”

We really enjoyed our stay at Saunahaus - we chose it because of the location, as our goal was to see and participate in hot air balloon week in Filzmoos and do some skiing and hiking. The room was spacious and very clean, and we had lovely surprises waiting for us upon arrival. We could regulate the heat in the room ourselves. There is a spacious fridge and microwave in the hallway, so we could make our own tea or coffee in the mornings and evenings. There is a large parking lot next to the house, and since we had a rental car, it was very convenient for us. The hosts Stefan and Melanie are super hosts - so friendly and kind and always ready to help with suggestions on what to do or where to go. We got some great ideas for our lazy days, so I recommend always asking them if you are lacking ideas. We definitely recommend their place to stay and them as hosts.

The accommodation is in a great location, close to hiking trails. Right next door is an amazing little restaurant with local food and everything homemade or farmers. The host gave us some tips on what to see in the area and was very communicative. If there was any problem he would solve everything. But there was none, we were 100% satisfied.

The apartment was lovely, with a nice, well equipped kitchen, the host was supernice, and helpful in any questions, had great advices which parts to visit. You can reach almost every part of the mountain area easily from the house

“Separate rooms near ski lifts”

Location several kilometres from ski lifts. Hosts are very carying and communicative. Keys were prepared in safety box. Rooms were ready and clean with fruit and water as welcome gifts. Parking next to the house.

Beautiful property in middle of nature, a gateway to happiness !!! Want to give some details as I stayed 3 days with my wife and 3 year old kid in 1st week of November 2024. 2 washrooms, 2 TVs, Hi Speed WiFi access, great kitchen, free coffee, free local transport card, games for kids, hiking sticks, restaurant next door, good access to public transport - bus stop within 100 m - could reach both Salzburg & Hallstatt in 1.5 Hours by Bus, stroller accessible short hiking trail directly in-front of the property, beautiful streams and meadows guiding the morning walks, last but not least, amazing hosts ! I will close my eyes and book this place if I am planning to visit Salzburg or Hallstatt again.

Once the booking was accepted, Stefan immediately contacted and shared all the important information, plus recommendations on what to visit on our way to the property. He really knows the area and we are happy to have met him and stayed at his property. Very kind and welcoming. The property is very close to everything. Salzburg, Zell am See, Hallstat and other attractions, suggested by Stefan are not more than an hour away. Which is not a lot, having in mind that the landscape is gorgeous and driving becomes even more enjoyable.
