Great hotel, clean and the staff very friendly 😀

Bed was really comfortable, having fullsize fridge was a plus.

The hotel is well-maintained, and the rooms are clean, comfortable. The staff were nice, making check-in and check-out easy.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was basic but very clean and quiet. We stayed mid-week so we had the entire pool/hot tub to ourselves and it was very clean and well-kept.

The room was a very good size, as were the beds. The staff were really friendly. The room was also clean. It was a convenient, short walk to the nearest bus stop, with buses being fairly frequent to Downtown Ann Arbor.

Attentive staff. Good breakfast with tasty choices - a small breakfast area, but the staff makes sure it is kept clean and re-stocked. Rooms have all the furnishings (e.g. coffee/tea, Dove branded toiletries incl. body lotion). Excellent beds and pillows. The pool/hot tub and billiard room is a plus

The breakfast room was small, but adequate for when people needed it. The hotel was comfortable and clean throughout. The small garden area was beautiful and a quiet solitude.

The breakfast is varied and good. It's a great location for getting to downtown Ann Arbor, and Ypsilanti. Always very clean and good staff.

Highly impressed with this hotel. It was clean, the staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was a 10/10. The only downside was that the hot tub had too much chlorine and it burned my eyes.

Facilities such as games room, hot tub. Wonderful breakfast. Coffee all day long and cookies at front desk. They have me a new room when I complained about the odour from the pool's chlorine permeating the room. Excellent service.
