“Clean!!!”
The front desk gentlemen was very nice and welcoming. The beds were comfy and smell clean. check in and check out was easy and fast!

“Neither my wife and I could sleep though the night with all the noise.”
Paper thin walls. The doors to outside slam shut outside of our room. There was noise all night long. The DiY renovations were subpar at best.

“After what happened, not so sure if I will book there again due to the safety issue.”
No complaints on the room until one of the pilar from the ceiling drop down to the floor and it scar my children and my family. Disappointed that the owner didn’t even bother to either lower my fee or give me accommodation free room fir future use. It’s not my fault that the Pilar fell down and the front desk guy couldn’t even switch my family and I to another room so we couldn’t sleep all night cause we were afraid that the other 2 Pilar’s might fall on us!! Breakfast was not offered or mentioned to us. The bed was comfortable.

“Very disappointed with the staff. Very unfriendly.”
No hot water in the shower. Told the lady at the reception desk & she began to argue with me, telling me that I just have to let it run longer, it will get hot. She talked to me like I was stupid. I let the water run for 10 minutes... still cold. They didn't do anything to fix it or even try to help me. Their customer service was terrible.

“Scary.”
The area was a little sketchy. The place was not clean. I barricaded chairs in front of the door. The staff was very nice but the location and rooms were not good. Didn’t smell good either. Maybe a little mouldy.
