Best points were combination of location and service. Room wasn't too big but still it wasn't small. It has enough space to leave our suitcases and stuff. Bathroom and the room in general is good and clean. They helped us with early check in so we could get in our room earlier.

Green Park Hotel exceeded our expectations. They sent a kind and helpful message before our arrival. Then they welcomed us so warmly and sincerely. People working there are consistently courteous. Common areas, even breakfast area are completely clean and nicely designed. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and people around me.

Price performance hotel. Situated in a central position and still it is peaceful at nights. Spa offers nice service. Our room was tidy. Wifi speed was good. Breakfast was another highlight that should be mentioned.

Overall, I rate my stay positively. The hotel, its location, and the accommodation met my expectations. Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with the hotel's after-stay customer service regarding the issuance of an invoice. I have contacted the hotel several times by both email and telephone to request an invoice for my stay, but I have received no response whatsoever. The complete lack of communication, cooperation, and support from the hotel in such a basic administrative matter is unacceptable

Some hotels are just a place to sleep, but this one actually made the trip feel better. Mornings were quiet, there is no queue for breakfast. The room always smelled fresh after housekeeping. After long day outside, coming back here felt genuinely relaxing. Small details were clearly taken seriously. We enjoyed it a lot.
