“The place to stay”
Great hotel. The one you need to explore the SPA and relax enjoying massage or hammam. Just find 2 hours in your busy schedule and feel like after a week vacation. It restores absolutely! I was there just one day but will definitely stay there again.

Location is easy to find. 15-20 minute walk from Kizilay (Güvenpark). It is possible direct with Metro near to the Hotel going.

“Amazing Staff with Great Amenities”

Review (1/10) — STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. I had a confirmed reservation at this hotel and informed the property four days in advance via Booking.com messages that I would arrive with two small children (5 and 6 years old) and would need one extra bed, which is clearly stated as a paid option in the hotel rules. The hotel read my messages and replied, but never informed me that: • the room could not be provided • the conditions would change • or that the price would suddenly double We arrived at around 20:00, in cold weather, with two tired children. At the reception, we were told that: • the booked room was not available • an extra or baby bed would not be provided at all • we must book a different room costing almost twice as much As a result, we were denied accommodation despite a confirmed booking and advance notice. Late in the evening, I was left with two small children without a place to stay. This is not a misunderstanding — this is a failure to honor a confirmed reservation and a complete lack of responsibility. The staff was unable to give any clear explanation why my messages were ignored and why I was not warned in advance. Leaving guests — especially families with children — without accommodation at night is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel. If you are traveling with children or expect basic reliability, choose another place.

“Overall, I’d definitely go back for the breakfast and the service.”
Breakfast was amazing, honestly a 15/10. Everything tasted super fresh, almost organic. Loved the variety of cheeses and the three kinds of eggs. The valet service was also amazing, and the facility was nice and clean. Overall, I really enjoyed it.
