Unfortunately we weren't informed that they were changing all the room doors. The only way we could access our room was to get reception to come to the door and basically take apart the lock - every time. There were also gaps in the door frame and we could hear the lift and people outside all night. The room came with a small kitchenette that had no glasses, cutlery or plates. Very average stay.

Rooms were a good size, the guys at the lobby and the reception were helpful. Location was great for restaurants and public transport. It may not be my first choice but I would probably stay again if I was visiting Ankara.

Staff was approachable and very kind. Breakfast was great with so many options and fresh food.

The beds were comfortable, but there were sadly problems with the cleaning stuff, always asking personally so that they do the cleaning properly. Sadly the pictures about the swimming pool is misleading, because its operated from a different company and as they have told me, you have to make a reservation before usage and it's only allowed for half an hour. When I called the given number several times, nobody has answered. The same valid for the room service, nobody picks up the call. It was told that they have a washing service, but when called the desk, they said it takes 2-3 days to get the clothes back which is unusual for any star rated hotel. The second day my ac got broken and I had to wait until the next day so it could be repaired and one whole day it was freezing in the room. The hotel location is at a hill road, most of the center and important places in the city center are far and only to reach with a taxi ride. Breakfast was good, many options available. Overall, ok for staying for max 1-2 days. Not to advice for long stays, price/quality ratio is below average.
