I stayed one night, on New Year's Eve. The staff is very kind and eager to make you feel comfortable. Spacious and stylish room. varied breakfast, typical of a 5 star hotel. Underground parking is free if you park your car yourself and don't give it to the valet. The atmosphere in the JW Steakhouse restaurant was wonderful, the food was tasty and we got a table without a reservation in advance (I think we were lucky)

Tv in the room not operational Housekeeping entered to our room without knocking the door and I was undressed Staff not experience to deal with such small issues Beds not comfortable Manager did not even try to fix issues instead made such silly and greedy offers.

“Pleasant Stay, but poor room service”
1. Very helpful staff. 2. Great location, several malls and restaurants within walking distance. 3. Excellent SPA. 4. The AC was set to heating only, I asked if the setting can be changed to cool the room down. This issue was taken care of on the spot, and got resolved. 5. Checked in late and needed to get by suit ironed, regular delivery was next day but the laundry services got it done the same day, within few hours. 6. My flight was in the evening, was granted late check out at no additional charges.
