“One night at the hotel”
The location was very good, a mall nearby, also it is near the main bus station of Ankara if you would travel to another city, the staff were very nice, polite and helpfull, the room service was good, in the morning they brought me a dental kit without asking and extra water.

“Strongly recommend! Great hotel ,clean ,comfortable and good value for money”
We stayed as married couple. Excellent staff, great location, rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking is very convenient, the hotel has a big underground parking , so if you have a car you can park your car and get to your room easily , that’s a very big plus for me. I stayed in many of the hotels in that area and for the next visit to Ankara this hotel will be my first choice. By the way , the name of the hotel is Grand Mercure , not Downtown Hotel.

“Wonderful second stay at a hotel that has it all”
Wonderful stay at the hotel. Enjoyed a good breakfast, awesome swimming pool and sauna, comfortable room and friendly staff. 10 out of 10 in my case. It was my second time and surely, if I go back to Ankara, this will be my secure choice.

The hotel is located in an excellent location. A shopping center, the US Embassy and a metro station are within walking distance. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to meet my needs.

“Een van de betere hotels in Ankara.”
Beautiful Hotel, So far the best one I have been to in Ankara. The location is good, Nearby metro, near some pubs, It not the old-centre but more the "offices" centre. Good restaurants, many choices. The bed and als very important the pillow was great, no good bed without a good pillow. We made a photo of the pillow brand, so we can buy them at home. Value for money, thank you Downtown Hotel Teşekkürler ederim
