The staff help immediately with everything. They are friendly and welcoming. The staff are the number one quality of this hostel! The hostel is in the city center. It is clean, organized, and one star above classic hostels. There is hot water 24/7. The kitchen and common areas are spacious and comfortable. The rooms are clean. You can do your laundry for an additional fee.

The staff was extremely friendly, and ever so helpful! We experienced a water shortage in a major part of Ankara, but the staff did all they can to alleviate the issue for us. I can recommend anyone this place, especially when you are travelling on a budget, as this place is very affordable! Thanks for the stay
