“Nice place”
This is my second stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and our non-smoking room on the top floor was lovely. The hotel's restaurant is excellent; the food is delicious and clean, and I appreciate that they serve red meat.The main reason we chose this hotel is because its thermal baths. The dining area is clean and tidy. They also have an outdoor swimming pool in the summer.

Very nice clean rooms with beautiful design, rather big open swimming pool, good breakfast, cute area with green grass, which is precious in Ankara. Also a traditional hamam with a hot pool was great.

The Connect Thermal Hotel had promised plug-and-play without additional cost. Turns out you need to install the Voltrun app, create an account with Voltrun and — of course — pay for charging with Voltrun. The Voltrun app kept crashing on my phone (iPhone 15 with plenty of available memory and latest iOS), until I connected to WLAN. Then I could create an account with my German mobile phone number and German billing address, but it kept rejecting my German car number plate. I endet up entering a fake number that matched the Turkish scheme for number plates. The app still kept crashing on mobile data, so one person had to stay in the hotel, connected to WLAN, while the other person was busy outside in the parking lot, connecting the charging cable in just the right moment. There is only a 30 second window that allows for plugging in after charging has been started in the app. If you plug in before, the app refuses to start the session. The car was charging fine when I left in the evening and was configured to charge slowly (9 A) until 100% full. Charging was interrupted for no apparent reason at 5:30 AM in the night. I woke up to just 68% SoC and a message from Voltrun telling me that idle fees incurred, because I had failed to disconnect the car when charging was interrupted.

This hotel has everything for peaceful holiday. I liked its garden and big pool which they cleaned every night. Breakfast and dinner is excelent. It was our second stay in Connect and I am so satisfied that I choosed it again. I love Turkish sauna, hammam and termal water which are seperately and just ladies can relax inside. I liked family suite as well where were two rooms and it was comfortable for me and my children.

We travelled with family and not many people know there is Thermal hotel just outside of Ankara. There are many good things about this hotel, you get a lot with the money you pay, you get breakfast and dinner, clean rooms, good size pool, nice thermal facilities etc. We must give special thanks to Azra and Miriam with the Food and Drinks department. These ladies went above and beyond to ensure my family and I was taken care of. Cleaning staff were so lovely and so friendly and worked super hard. The food was great, I believe they use fresh ingredients from nearby village and farms.
