All the staff we encountered were invaluable and kind. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was okay when you compare the prices. The location was perfect. The swimming pool area is excellent.

I have been booking hotels through Booking.com for over 10 years and have stayed in numerous hotels across different countries. However, I have never encountered a hotel with such a lack of responsibility and professionalism as yours. I booked two rooms at your hotel for my friends and their children. According to your policy, an extra bed should have been provided free of charge for the 2-year-old and 5-year-old children. However, upon arrival, no extra beds were provided. Instead, your staff suggested that we book another room for the children, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the rooms have a very unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom, which makes the stay even more uncomfortable.
