“Dissatisfied.”
It cannot be a 5 star hotel. Both Spa and Pool were closed due to construction and religious fest which i was not informed while booking.

The hotel was very expensive compared to other hotels in the city. The area was quite noisy due to ongoing road maintenance. I couldn’t sleep. The staff were unfriendly, rude, and unhelpful. I also felt that they looked down on me because of my skin color.

Exept one receptionist, none of the staff knows English, which is unacceptable for a business hotel as they consider themselves to be. We paid for all the rooms by card, but we did not receive an invoice, both for the rooms and for all the other services we used. Disappointing for a five star hotel.

“Very comfortable and clean hotel; the issue with bill has marred what would have been a great stay”
The property was supposed to charge my credit card the day before arrival but didn't. On arrival, I was told to pay and when I proceeded to pay them in cash, they told me that I had to pay more as the rate of exchange was different. I was charged an additional 37 Euros over the price stated on booking.com. To add insult to injury, the receipt was issued in Turkish Lira so the hiked price was not reflected in this receipt. Members of staff at the front desk were not fluent in English and it was difficult to communicate at times.
