Check in got delayed. The staffs were not able handle guests.

Nothing. Cause I had my booking but they canceled my booking just before 1 day putting me in a huge problematic situation cause I refused to pay half of the booking amount in advance as there policy was “Pay When I reach Hotel”

I am experienced a traveller and have their stayed in hotel , where all staff are so attentive to your every needs, so friendly and so accommodating . seriously nothing to much trouble and they are all willing to give suggestion for travelling by Front office The hotel has all you need for a relaxing stay in anjuna and is clean , well equipped, safe to walk around in and well located . The two beached near by at anjuna and vagat or. The breakfast is good Mr Mrinmoy, sohaif, Ranjan , sanjeeb chef and Mr Lester( F&B manager) Special thanks to Front Office team Mr Anil( FOM) , Mr Chandan( Duty Manager) and team .

“Not worth wasting money on this Hotel.”

The driving lane to the Hotel was narrow and difficult to drive through traffic on both sides. The Hotel does not have the elevator so need to use stairs for 2nd floor. The room entrance card readers did not work and had to walk down to the reception to send some body to open the door throughout the stay. The air condition did not work till a technician arrived and still did not work to the expectation. The reception staff was struggling to understand and speak English. The lockers in the cupboard was locked and could not use it to secure the important items.
