The room was perfect as I was teaching yoga online and needed lots of space. Rajiv the caretaker was exceptional. Room was spotless on arrival and after a mid week clean

Really liked the staff ( they were friendly and helpful:) ) and the location of the hotel was quite good. The Cafés and the market was at walking distance. The Anjuna Beach was also within 2 kms. We had a great stay here!!

The best hotel room I’ve had in a long time! I was warmly greeted on arrival, shown to a beautiful room and loved every minute of my time there. The owner Joseph and his 2i/c Kamillo were lovely. It’s in a great spot. A 5 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by beautiful trees with bars and cafes nearby but not disruptive. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property is nice and clean. Everyone is good to talk to. Just they don't have a fridge in the room. There's a wine shop next to the hotel though! great stay! recommended.

Well almost quite nearby to Anjuna beach almost 500 mtr,Rest the care taker kami R is Cool & best ..1 thing I thing i need to mention is abt restrautant Downside Tatva it's 1 of best in terms of food 👌Try chicken kadai once ..No words
