I did not stay here as they did not have a double bed available....but Joan, the owner, was great...gave me wifi, helped me locate what else was available and offered, well gave me a refund very nice woman, ,very helpful. Super location minutes (3) from central town,food and facilities including bookshop... And 5 mins away from beaches. A super place...tidy, clean and well kept

The property was super clean,the bed sheet smelled amazing. The staff was working hard to clean the area and the terrace every day. The hosts are really nice and speak good English as well. Really good location close to StarCo Junction,Food monkey,Oasis,Rudra etc.Beach is walkable distance,we done it every day. Wednesday market a long walk but also doable. Friday Hilltop market really close and definitely walkable distance.Nice shower,we had hot water every day any time of the day. Kettle and complimentary coffee in the room.Big bed.WI-FI is only working in the terrace.

“Best villa stay in Anjuna—comfortable, calm, and totally worth it.”
Great location in Anjuna, peaceful yet close to the beach and cafés. The villa is spacious, very clean, and surrounded by greenery. Staff was polite and helpful, and the overall vibe felt relaxed and homely. Good value for money.

“Comfortable, cozy and peaceful stay”
Stayed there for 4 nights. Really comfortable, cozy and peaceful stay with all the necessary services. Our room even had a fridge! The owner was really friendly and helpful. Location was also great, near to Anjuna beach area. Highly recommended!

“Very good”
It's a quiet oasis in the middle of busy Anjuna. The location of the guest house is really good, it's close to the beach, many restaurants and a big supermarket. At the same time it's very quiet and peaceful. The room is very clean and has a kettle and a fridge. The bathroom has a good shower. You also have a terrace, which is really nice. The owners are an older couple, they are very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.

Arjun Villa was amazing. Cute rooms with everything you need such as water kettle to fridge and freezer. The host couple is extremely helpful and took very good care of us. They helped us get the best price for a taxi down south and when we wanted to rent a scooter. The room was clean and nice.

Arjun Villa is a green and peacefull haven run by a lovely and very helpful couple! My room was very clean and spacious and i felt at home during my 10 days in Anjuna. Bed was very comfortable. Would recommend If you are looking for a quiet escape while still being very close to everything....the location is great!
