Overview
This family-run boutique hotel in Anif is just 5 km from the centre of Salzburg and right next to the Salzburg-Süd exit of the A10 motorway. WiFi and private parking are provided free of charge. Behind the façade of a traditional Salzburg farmhouse and reopening in May 2020 after extensive renovations, Hotel Das Essigmanngut offers modern rooms and apartments with a flat-screen TV with cable and free SKY channels, wooden floors, and a tea/coffee maker. Facilities also include a refrigerator and a modern bathroom with hairdryer. The apartments also feature a kitchenette, and most rooms and apartments have a balcony. A rich breakfast is served every morning at Hotel Das Essigmanngut. All day long, coffee, tea, juices and water can be enjoyed free of charge in the breakfast area. Guests can relax in the large garden with its panoramic mountain views. Local restaurants and cafes can be reached on foot in 15 minutes or less. The Anif/Reschbergerweg Bus Stop, with direct connections to Salzburg (line 25), is just 200 metres away, and the ride takes about 15 minutes.

“We loved our stay here”
The area was peacful out of the centre but only 20 minutes to the centre and less than 10 minutes to the Utesburg cabale car,by bus. Ample parking, but the use of a bus pass for free local travel once checked in. Staff eager to help, the breakfast variety and selection was the best we have ever encountered in a hotel. The whole hotel was spotless and well.situated. It was surprisingly warm during bout stay but our room temperature was perfect ,the room was extremely comfortable and clean with a fabulous shower/ensuite. The room had a small balcony from which we could see a glimpse of meadow and mountain We would stay again as long as it doesnt go up in price greatly ,as it wasnt the cheapest place to stay. We have already recommended. .

“Comfortable accommodation and delicious breakfast”
We recommend this hotel for your stay in the region of SalzburgerLand. Our room was nice and comfortable, perfectly clean and equipped with everything we needed during our stay (bed linen, towels etc). The hotel is located in a small and quiet village and even if it is just behind the motorway, there is no noise. Breakfast was very rich and really delicious. Free coffee and tea throughout the day. There are also playgrounds for children both inside and outside. Upon arrival you get a Guest Mobility Ticket thanks to which you can use all public transport in the region for free. The staff was kind and helpful.

The location is very calm, but the nearby town can easily be reached by walking. The bus stop to Salzburg is just a few minutes from the hotel. The breakfast is more than perfect.

“Amazing location, just outside of Salzburg.”
The location. An easy 25 min bus ride out of town ( they give you a free bus pass 😀 at the hotel), you are transported to the countryside & clean, fresh air. With a village nearby - to either walk to or one stop on the bus - you can have dinner or drinks in several nice places. Breakfast at the hotel was lovely as was the room & drinks.
