“WONDERFUL SUNNY HOLIDAY IN ANGRA DOS REIS”

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We struggled to find a hotel of this level in the area, that ticked all of our boxes. I was initially concerned that we might be a bit out of the way/we would run out of things to do but this was not the case. We booked this hotel for 3 nights after a few weeks in the city to relax before returning home, and could not have asked for anything more. Breakfast was lovely and offered almost everything we could ask for. Dinner each night was also gorgeous with a suitable menu. There was plenty of choice for us on the three nights we stayed, but the menu could get repetitive after a week so that's something to consider. We used the concierge to arrange a boat trip which was amazing. There was only two of us, so I was concerned the prices might be too high but that wasn't the case. The shops on site were lovely, and nice to have on the doorstep. The staff were great, and couldn't do enough for us. I would absolutely return to this hotel

Nice property, staff from the restaurants and reception very good, SPA terrible, we have booked the 10 days of massage and they only Offer 2 days .. lots of excuses.. not nice and arrogant. The beach they could open before 9:00 AM . Because at 8:00 there are already guests on the beach but no towels or any service , that should be a must on a supposed 5 star hotel .

The location of this hotel is probably one of the most beautiful locations that I have ever stayed at; and once upgraded, at a charge, the view from our room was lovely. The staff were attentive but didn't seem to appreciate that 'return' customers should be looked after very well. It is important to try and elevate their experience rather than let it fall far short of the first visit. I had so looked forward to coming back to the Fasano, but sadly my second visit didn't come close to matching the first. I am so sorry...

The location and the room we stayed in were beautiful. The service was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to deliver an incredible birthday surprise for me. The inclusive breakfasts couldn’t have been better and the meals we ate at the Fasano Restaurant were also top notch.

Spacious and comfy rooms, good and fairly priced spa and huge gym.

Sauna/ Spa/ Fitness all very good and needed as weather was poor. Dinner in main restaurant included in the rate and better than expected.

the food you get is absolutely great. I rarely eat better than in Fasano Angra. TOP
