“Amazing comfortable stay”

Absolutely wonderful stay!! The house has everything that you need for a stay even with children 🤍 we appreciated Ricardo’s effort to make sure we have an extra bed, high chair, really everything that is needed to be comfortable. The house has a washing machine and a dryer which is gold in Acores! Air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with really all you need for cooking. It definitely makes a huge difference even the small details like just having enough toilet paper lol or olive oil and salt. Location ideal, lovely surroundings. Really cannot recommend enough!!

The accommodation was great. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The location is also very good, with the historic center nearby. Free parking is available nearby. Upon arrival, a small snack was waiting for us in the apartment. The owner was very friendly and even offered us a ride from the airport and back, which was very helpful. If I were to visit the island again, I would definitely stay here.

Ricardo Is a great host, the apartment is beautiful and well equipped. He welcomed us with local food for breakfast! I would definitely come back to Terceira, which is beautiful, but also to his apartment.

The property manager was very accommodating to our needs and available for us whenever we needed him. The location was perfect and the apartment was super clean. Tonnes of space for a couple. It is at the top of a steep hill, so make sure you are fit enough to navigate it.

The apartment was great equipped with everything what you can need. Fully equipped kitchen even oil,salt,peper for basic cooking. We welcomed washing maschine as well. It was lovely,that the owner prepare for us local products. It’s not possible to leave your car on the street(special authorization for inhabitants) but cca 300 m from the apartment you car park free. We couldn’t choose better accomodation. We strongly recommend!

Our stay at the Miragaia Star Apartment was amazing. Ricardo, our host, greeted us at the door and showed us the flat, which was modern, clean, and spacious. It has a nice living room, bedroom, bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. We also found some local pastries, bread and cheese, which Ricardo kindly provided for us to try, as well as a list of recommended restaurants and activities.

“Delightful and comfortable in great location.”

The host, Ricardo, very kindly stocked the kitchen with essentials, plus fruit, bread, butter, milk, coffee, tea, small cakes and homemade jam, making breakfast very easy our first morning. The apartment is a 3 minute walk from the main downtown core, close to a bakery and grocery store. The apartment was tastefully decorated, spotless and very comfortable. When Ricardo met us to give us the keys, he showed us around, pointing out the washer and dryer, the AC controls, a first aid kit, etc. There were extra blankets and towels, too. He had a sheet of helpful info on local restaurants and sites to visit. He mentioned where to park free (right outside the building) and when, and close by places to swim. When the windows are closed, the flat is soundproof. The queen bed made for an excellent sleep, and my son slept very well in the single bed Ricardo brought down to us. (He lives upstairs.) Ricardo made us feel very welcomed, and when once I messaged him, he was quick to reply. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

“Excellent stay in Angra”

This apartment is perfectly located in downtown Agra, with plenty of restaurants and interesting museums and sights around. We were able to park (for free) in front of the apartment, which was a big plus as well. We arrived late (after midnight) due to a delayed flight, but Ricardo was very communicative and was waiting for us when we arrived. This was perfect and he gave us a great introduction to the apartment. He even left us some local bread and snacks for breakfast and helped out with planning part of our trip. The apartment itself has everything you could want: all the appliances are there to make your own meals, it has air-conditioning in multiple rooms (a must in summer), a tv with streaming and laundry facilities. The shower was hot and the bathroom is large. We would love to stay again if we ever return to Terceira!

Excellent location in a nice part of the city. This a newly renovated and well furnished apartment with everything most people will need. The unit is very well soundproofed, providing a quiet stay while in the heart of the city. Ricardo is a fantastic host, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Excellent place and host! The apartment is lovely, it was super clean, and the host went the extra mile to make us feel at home, providing some treats from the Island and a warm welcome. The location is perfect. I fully recommend it!

I stayed there with my gf for 1 week and the place was confortable, modern and very clean. The location is amazing if one wants to stay in the City as it is in the centre. The host was incredibly nice and help us with everything we asked for (cool places to visit, táxi rentals, etc).
