I have a very disappointing experience with this hotel. We booked late at night through booking and sent a message to the hotel saying that we would arrive late so to wait for us. Since it was a last minute it was possible to book without advance payment and we opted for that - not for a specific reason, it was just T&C of the booking. When got there, and checked email, reservation was just got canceled. The lady at the reception - which was apparently the one having made to the mistake (or on purpose), told us there was no more cancellation and that we should have paid 250 dollars for the room we had booked (instead of 110€). This behavior was totally unfair, with bad faith. She also was saying “if you decide to go through booking that is what happens especially if you do not pay in advance”. No, madam, it is not like this, because your hotel accepted T&Cs of booking and you then allowed a reservation (last minute moreover) with no payment guaranteed. It was also very late at night she was trying to take advantage from us since it would have been difficult to find an alternative. Instead of find a comprise for her error, she preferred to insult us. Of course we did not sleep there and never will do.

“Convenient and Clean, but Breakfast Disappoints”
The hotel is new, clean, and visually appealing—everything looks fresh and well maintained. We were particularly impressed by the cosmetic mirror in the bathroom—a real “wow” detail we didn’t expect! However, the American-style breakfast was very poor. No vegetables at all, and overall the selection was extremely limited. Most days, the waffle station is the highlight, but unfortunately during our stay, even the waffle maker was broken. That left very few appealing options. Still, the hotel’s location right off the highway makes it perfect for travelers in transit, and the overall comfort and cleanliness were very good.

The staff was very welcoming. Appreciated that the breakfast hot bar was staffed & not self serve. It was nice to see a smiling cheerful employee at 6am!!
