A very unusual hotel with an interesting unique design and style. A very large room with lots of interesting pieces decorating it.The room and breakfast area were clean and tidy. A good selection of food for the buffet breakfast. There is a great restaurant Nicos a couple of minutes walk down the road for an evening meal or drink. I loved the individual style of the hotel, a lot of time and effort must of gone into it.

Despite having excellent mattress (which is very rare) the size of the bed is miniscule - width of 140cm is way to narrow even for French or Japanesse people let alone Balkan people... The rest was very good.

The castle is located in a charming mountain village, close to the border with Bulgaria, perfect for a stop on the way to Romania. Having a medieval design, the atmosphere of the castle takes you on a journey through time. Every corner and every object has been chosen with the utmost attention care for details that send you to the adventure period of the knights. The cleanliness of the room and the comfortable beds were a plus. The breakfast was varied and very good. Nearby there are restaurants with a rich menu.

Take the apartment with 2 rooms. It was spacious with all you need inside. The view is spectacular. Pls visit ancient thermal bath on the village. Place for parking available, all is clean and in perfect condition.

A wonderful location, it truly feels like staying in a castle. We used it as a transit stop, and the peaceful atmosphere helped us rest after a long drive. Breakfast was very good.
