“It was good, but some improvements are needed.”
It is located in the very centre of the famous walking street. Although it was very small, I liked the rooftop pool. There is a water purifier on each floor.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was big and comfortable, cold A/c. Hot shower, bar serving food and drinks, guest friendly..always made sure i was secure. I stayed in a number of hotels in Angeles but always returned to grand central because of price, service, location and my darlings

“A budget hotel and the room reflects that, great location but a few problems - maybe I was unlucky”
Location is bang in the middle of the nightlife so bars, restaurants and trikes are all practically at your doorstep. Staff were always friendly and tried to help despite a few problems while I was there. Even bought me a SIM card with some internet on when their in-house wifi wasn't working.
