Good day Sir/Madam, We are Filipinos who migrated to Austria and are now citizens there. We recently visited my hometown, Angeles City, and stayed at Best Western from March 4–7, 2026. Our stay was truly wonderful. I must admit that I was initially a bit skeptical about booking at Best Western, but I decided to give it a try and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made during our trip. The reception staff were very friendly, polite, and hospitable. The hotel also has a convenient parking garage located right in front of the entrance, which made everything very easy for us. Our room was excellent very clean, fresh-smelling, and well-maintained. We were honestly pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and spotless everything was. A special mention goes to Kuya Joe (Housekeeping), who was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly. There were also two other staff members doing their OJT (MJ and Kristine) who were equally welcoming and attentive. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. If it were possible, I would gladly give this hotel not just 10 stars, but 100! Thank you for making our visit to Angeles City even more memorable.

The pool is open until 10pm and it is really nice up there. Bed is comfortable and staff are very accommodating and friendly. They are very attentive to our needs.

Location is good. Staff generally friendly, and helpful. I would like to recognise Floyd manager breakfast , very helpful and resourceful. Great customer care. Generally I liked the hotel , the rooms were clean and well stocked , and made up on request.
