Main problem is with Booking.com rather than Andeos Suites, that said the room was average at best and living/kitchen area very basic, with bed uncomfortable and noisy BUT due to an emergency had to cut short my stay and rush back to Manila, so rather than staying 6 nights, it was just 2nights. The staff at Andeos said they could not help because Booking.com are the only one that can provide any refund. Messaged Booking.com Customer Service 3 times re refund for only staying one third of the time booked but received zero reply. After using Booking.com for 10+ years I was so, so disappointed.

“Brilliant hotel, location is not the best”
Hotel was very clean, staff were courteous, security guards were helpful in the ins and outs of parking. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Aircon in both rooms and in the lounge as well.

I like that there were two separate rooms within the unit. The unit is also clean and facilities are good.
