“Great location for a quick stop.”

The location was lovely. The closeness to the town was great. The outlook was very pretty. And will be lovely once they finish the balcony. Bed was comfy. Bread was yummy and the water was HOT!

“Not quite what we expected.”

This is a lovely location with a well-designed set-up (although the downstairs/third ensuite is squeezed in). The proximity to shops and wineries, along with the cute farm animals in an adjacent paddock, created a special and enjoyable family atmosphere. Further, a thoughtful selection of welcome goodies was provided.

Great location and facilities but they did not tell us when booking that verandah was being rebuilt so not accessible, but that was one of two reasons for booking this place.

Beautiful 3 bedroom house with generous breakfast supply ( coffee, bread, biscuits, cereals, honey…). Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom with separate toilet and shower. Great location! Will come back.

The area and accommodation was perfect close to town wineries, on arrival there was a litre of milk loaf of fresh bread a variety of cereals butter and spreads all unexpected

“What A Place”

Excellent accommodation, that was better than we'd hoped for. The apartment was really big, with a full kitchen (complete with a basket of essentials - biscuits, coffee, milk, cereals). Its a short drive out of the town, but the views are great once you get up there. Would recommend to any group travelling who want a great nights stay

“Comfortable, perfect for all seasons and a home away from home.”

The place felt like home. On arrival we lounged around and enjoyed the company of the animals. The location was prime as it gave us opportunities to visit various suburbs, wineries and cafes. The shed itself was immaculate. Our favourite feature was the outdoor shower. The weather gave a cool breeze whilst the water ran warm. The bedding was clean and provided comfort. Washer/dryer availability for clothes was a plus. The hosts laid out options for breakfast and provided recommendations for food, drinks and activities close by. This will be a recommended for family and friends wanting to visit the Barossa Valley.

This is a lovely place with an historic feel. Very nice for a short stay at Angaston. Location was great as we were attending a wedding at a local winery. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was very clean.

I was surprised that a lovely continental breakfast was included. The spaciousness of the accommodation also took me by surprise. The outlook was lovely. We sat out on the balcony to have breakfast and watched the alpacas and llamas.
