It was cheap. Location was a bit further away from Angamaly town and therefore closer to the Athirepally falls and other attractions. Staff was nice. Rooms were fairly clean.

I was very pleased with the staff, especially one team member from Idukki whose name I unfortunately cannot recall. He was extremely polite, welcoming, and always had a pleasant smile, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room was well maintained, the food quality was good, and the location was perfect. Overall, it was excellent value for money and truly worth the price. 👍

breakfast was not elaborate. very few options were there but all of them was excellent. staff was very nice and friendly. I loved there auupum and sabjji.

“Not a pleasant stay!”

It is about 8 kms from the Angamaly / Ernakulam Road, when we arrived there was nobody around (Guests/staff) except a person in Reception. The Parking lot was nearly empty. Once we got in to the room, there was an overpowering stench from the Washroom, it was dirty and the stench was unbearable. Tried calling reception and the phone did not work. I went up to reception and complained about the stench and we were given a new room. Thankfully the new room did not stink, however there were stains everywhere and it just felt horrible. Both rooms had a safety deposit locker, but it was powered off or did not work. After we checked in in the afternoon, we went out and when we returned at night, the parking lot was nearly full with vehicles and lot of men around, presumably coming out of the bar because I noticed a guy had an opened bottle of beer in his hand. This is not clearly what you want to see when you are with your family. The following morning when we checked out, I noticed the car park was nearly empty which made me wonder if we were the only ones who stayed in the hotel?

The Location is 12 kms from Angamali Station. More over we have to depend on Autos only because buses are not there. The break fast provided by the hotel is to be improved and they have to serve hot. Otherwise it is good.

First and foremost, it is not a park regency hotel. It's under some other name. Free breakfast was included in the package. But nothing was provided. Hardly any occupants and there was no professional approach at all in their service. Booking.com kindly verify the name of the hotel.

Good location w.r.t. kochi International Airport. Rooms good. Staff well mannered, helpful. Good food at reasonable charges. Free breakfast with Appam and vegetable curry was really enjoyable.
