What you see is what you get: a well-maintained historical hanok house in the countryside at a very reasonable price. Shared bathroom and toilets are of good quality and very clean. Friendly and available landlord.

“An unique experience”
This is such a unique stay. It´s a really quite place next to a beautiful temple. The host is super friendly. I can only recommend to stay here a night to experience living in an old house.

“Perfect Experience”

“Great stay, highly recommend picking this place.”
My stay was absolutely brilliant and I wish I booked more than just one night. It is located a bit away from Andong but the village is very lovely and safe (keep in mind there are not many restaurants around though as it is a bit of a rural area). There is also a beautiful temple just 10min walk from the hanok. Hanok is beautiful, very well kept and clean. Breakfast provided is rather basic but very tasty. The owner is absolutely fantastic, he can give you loads of tips what to see in Andong. If you have a chance to stay here, do it.

“Nostalgic and Serene”
This was a big highlight on our holiday even if it was a short stay. The host is a caring person who treated us like family. We had a bit of a tight schedule and he helped us planning a trip to Hahoe village. The next morning we had to leave early with the bus because the trains were full due to the celebration of Chuseok. He took care of the taxi so we could go on comfortably. The place is brilliant and you can feel a serene vibe, like a good spirit is cuddling the place. I would really recommend it for anyone who loves culture and nature.

“Stay in a real Korean traditional house”
Nothing to do with a « normal » hotel. This is a traditional Korean house, and everything is as it was 100 years ago (except air conditioning 😊) A journey through time ! The staff is very nice and helpful. Location a walking distance from Bonjeongsa temple. Very quite.
