“A nice place, lovely staff”

A pleasant, clean, good value hotel in a location that's handy to shops and restaurants, the bus station and the railway station. I liked the extravagant decor. The staff were pleasant and helpful, particularly the young woman who was on duty the morning we checked out. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast and it was hard to find anywhere to go for breakfast, so we gave up and returned to the hotel. I encountered the woman in the lobby and in passing I mentioned in my very broken Russian that we had unsuccessfully been looking for a place to have breakfast. A couple of minutes later, there was a knock at the door and she gave us two beautifully decorated home-made cream buns and insisted we take them. They were delicious. We really appreciated her kindness and it was a wonderful introduction to Uzbekistan.

Very nice room close to both bus and train station in the heart of Andijan. Clean room with city view. Definitely recommend staying here.

The room was ok, with everything needed for a comfortable stay, but not very well cleaned (e.g., there was hair on the bathroom floor and in the drain)

Perfect location, 200mtr from train station strait way no need to yandex. With all facilities, very clean room with wall decorated. Surroundings all major markets. I highly recommend this hotel. I got early check in, owner is very nice.
