The hotel is brand new and centrally located. The place boasts a 15m pool and sauna, free for clients. We took a triple room and the space was huge. The bathroom was also clean and new. We appreciated the hearty breakfast as well. This hotel offers definitely great value for money.

“Great hotel - excellent service and professional staff”
Great hotel. Clean and modern with fantastic service. Breakfast was amazing and very friendly and polite staff. Swimming pool is excellent. Good location with restaurants and cafes nearby. Could secure our bikes safely in the underground carpark.

“Nice stay in the centre of Andijan”
Excellent breakfast buffet. Very good communication with the hotel (they helped us with a transfer to the border). Spacious and very clean room. In the heart of the city centre.

“Quite pleasant stay.”
English and Russian worked. The breakfast was reasonable. Helpful staff with taxis. This accommodation was one of 2 out of 7 hotels that offered us registration slips which are now demanded (a) for subsequent hotel stays, and (b) by the Immigration upon leaving the country. This seems to be new regulations, an three Immigration officers had lenghty discussions whether to let us out of the country with the two slips we had without fining us some indefinite sum "for loosing the slips" which we objected strongly to because nobody had explained the issue to us, and most hotels ignored this (new) requirement. Hopefully hotels will assists their guests in this respect, too, by explaining the importance of these registration slips and, of course, make them ready for departing guests as a matter of course. Credits to this hotel for its attention to this detail.

“not coming back to this hotel”
I have stayed 6 days and tomorrow will be the last which is the 28 of October. since day 1 the wifi is not working until now even though I talked to them and they keep saying that they called the tech master and he will come in 45 minutes, it's bebeen 6 day and he didn't arrived yet !!! I keep asking about the wifi until now and I am getting the same reply.
