“Was Ok for a short time period.”
The room was quite dark, and although two towels were provided, both were torn and in poor condition. I was also disappointed to find gecko droppings on the bed, which I unfortunately sat on before noticing them. This raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. The Wi-Fi connection was poor, and I had to rely on my own mobile data for internet access. While I understand that the room is offered at a budget-friendly price, it is disappointing when facilities advertised on Booking.com are either unavailable or do not meet expectations. I also ordered chicken fried rice, but no drinking water was provided with the meal. I had to walk to the office to request water separately. On a positive note, the manager was helpful, friendly, and willing to assist whenever needed. However, another staff member, who appeared to be the chef, came across as unfriendly and unapproachable during my stay. Overall, there are some areas that would benefit from improvement, particularly cleanliness, room maintenance, Wi-Fi reliability, and consistency in customer service.

Comfortable bed and room. Nice peaceful environment surrounded by nature. The staff was very kind and helpful. I booked at the last minute and was warmly welcomed. The breakfast was good.

The staff is amazing! We left our bag for a month and they didn't hesitate even a second to store it. Thank you so much! The swimming pool and restaurant is a great addition. The airport is like 10min away, they offer taxi service at pick me prices

We loved how close the property was to the airport and the swimming pool was a big plus for relaxing the afternoon before our flight. The staff were so lovely especially Dinu who took us to the airport in the tuktuk. We really enjoyed the stay.
