“Nice experience next to the Paganella ski area”

We stayed 5 nights in Andalo, in this hotel. Access to the garage, check-in, access to the room were seamless. From the underground garage, there is an elevator that can accommodate trolleys with luggage. A ski storage room is available for skiers, where equipment is dried overnight. It is clean, easily accessible, safe. The location of the hotel is a 10-minute walk to the nearest cable car. Not far from the hotel are a couple of restaurants with which the hotel has an agreement on a discount for lunch and dinner (pay attention to the exact timing). The rooms are relatively well soundproofed; although almost full, we had no problems with noise from other rooms. The girls at the reception and in the bar are extremely friendly. The hotel offers an afternoon snack - with tea and cakes, which is really nice. The spa and hot tub are excellent; clean, functional and without much crowd. There is a limited time in which children are allowed access. My first time in Andalu, my first time in Paganella for skiing. Honestly, a very pleasant surprise on this trip during which we visited as many as three ski centers and 5 small Italian towns.

Breakfast was very good - exactly what we needed. Clean , rich and comfortable. Service was fast and good and welcoming We didn't use the pool - but they have happy hour that we used for cakes and coffee They have underground parking under the hotel, and ski room for the bikes and facilities to charge the bikes. We ordered 4 rooms and we got them in a row ... very convenient. It is our second year in this hotel - and for our use (bicycle riders) it's location/facilities/service and costs - it is excellent and we will come back again (hopefully :-)

“A warm and friendly hotel with spa and afternoon treats!”

Breakfast was good. A cake and hot drink were provided in the afternoon which was a lovely bonus. The free spa was a real treat after walking for the day! Staff were really lovely.

Nice and cozy ski hotel, very clean. Perfect SPA area. 5 min walk from main gondola, right near a big supermarket, ski rent and restaurants.

Garage opened until 24, very accessible, polite employees, cozy and relaxing.

Amazing stay, very nice location. Nice room, perfect breakfast with huge variety of food. Very friendly staff. There was also snack time in the afternoon. Excellent spa area. Part of the hotel is aalso spacious and easy accesible garage with plenty of parking spaces.

“An excellent 4* hotel in Andalo for a good price”

Indeed, a great hotel. Spacious and easy accesible garage, professional staff. Clean premisses. Excellent SpA area, very clean and well maintained overall. Maybe better TV/lobby living room is missing with more space...we could not watch the EU Football championship as there are only few sofas...so was almost always busy...but also was not a big deal. Overall, recommended hotel.

Everything! Very welcoming, perfect location for us. A good room with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was also very tasty. Highly recommended.
