A typical mountain building, the Serena is near the centre of Andalo, 300 metres from the Paganella ski slopes. It offers a spa, and rooms with views of the Dolomites and free Wi-Fi. The restaurant of Serena Hotel offers a choice of 3 different menus, with vegetarian options and typical specialities. Gala dinners are served weekly. The spa of this superior 4-star hotel includes a sauna and Turkish bath. Massages and treatments can be booked. All rooms feature an LCD TV and a private bathroom. Breakfast is an abundant buffet, with pastries, cakes and cold cuts.

“Brilliant”
To all the other hotels in Europe, stay at Hotel Serena to see how it’s supposed to be done. After 5 weeks travelling throughout Europe and almost a different hotel each night this hotel left all the others for dead. The service and value for money was by far the best I have experienced anywhere in the world. A family run well oiled machine. The staff are hard working and friendly, they provide the best service. The food was exceptional. It is a family hotel but I stayed as a solo traveler for 1 night because the price and reviews were good, I then stayed an extra 2 nights because I felt like royalty. This is how a hotel is supposed to be run. So great to see this sort of service still exists at such great value for money. I hope this family can keep this hotel running for future generations.

Literally everything. Staff, location, facilities... all is made to insure you reset your mind as parents. Kids enjoy to stay in the kids club and parents can (if they wish) have some time for themselves.

The mini club was open 9-22, the staff was nice and welcoming. We could book the spa and the pool through an app, which was really convenient. They served a buffet/snack every day between 3.30 and 5.30 which was amazing for our son. The facility was stunning, beautiful view, nice spa, great playground for the children.
