We had a pleasant stay and received a warm and friendly welcome from the staff. The Wi-Fi connection was a little difficult to use at times, but it gave us an extra reason to get outside and explore the area instead! Overall, a nice stay and a good experience.

“Probably the best in Anda”

I was afraid that room size would be too small for two people, but somehow they managed to arrange this tiny space very comfortably, providing everything that one might need and ever more than that. A big benefit is a well equipped kitchen upstairs. We stayed two nights and fried fresh fish from the market every evening. Above all the room is extremely clean with super nice smell of beddings.

A perfect location with excellent hosts and great value for money The room is on the smaller size for a couple but more than makes up for that with the excellent facilities and service HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

“Fabulous place in a perfect location”

Great location . Possibly the best value room I have had in the Philippines. Yes not tye biggest but so well equipped.Kettle , fridge , plates , cups and spoons etc , separate sink out side if the bathroom to wash cups etc in including washing up liquid .table and chairs , bed side table , clothes rail and full length mirror ,what more does one need . Kitchen outside where I made my breakfast and lovely roof terrace with amazing views . Yes room only had a fan but that is what I paid for . Staff were amazing and will definitely go back when I return to beautiful Anda

Good location near Chocolate hills

The accommodation was clean and cozy, with an AC, a toilet and shower, in a good location, and with a friendly owner 🙂

We were offered to upgrade our room from the standard which was great. We had a big family room with the biggest bed I have ever seen! Comfortable big room complete with sofa. hot shower, nice toiletries, free water, plates, cups and utensils and a cooking area outside along with somewhere to dry your clothes. Nice rooftop area to sit. Only 5 mins walk to the centre for food and stores. Motorbike rental next door.

This place is absolutely amazing I have to say! The rooms are spottlesly clean and have everything you could wish for! The owners are very friendly and professional and cannot do enough for you. The rooftop area is a winner for me. You can watch the sunset with a red horse beer or 2 and then make use of the kitchen facilities and make your dinner using the fresh produce from the village! What more could you want!!

“Nothing to improve”

Everything was perfect, location is perfect, the people working there is so helpful and kind, the bed and bathroom very comfortable and clean. Would repeat there without doubt.

“Good price quality ratio”

Friendly owner, she let us use the water facilities to clean our motorbike and early check-out was no problem. Decent price quality ratio.

The Villa is very nice. The room is Big and the beds is very confortable. The owner is a very kind Lady and Anda is an amazing village to stay few days. The beaches are very nice and you can go to the rice terraces, Waterfalls and Alice Panoramic Park from here. There is an agency closed to the Villa that hoy can rent motorbike or contract a tour.

Super clean rooms, lovely people and free water refills. Loved everything about this place, all for a great price as well.

I am so glad I chose this hotel for my 3 night stay in Anda. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable, the location was perfect, and Louisa, the host, was truly, wonderfully delightful. When I return to Anda, I will make this my number one choice.

Booked online when i got there for lady said it's only for a fan room so i had to give her 300 more pesos to have air conditioner then she said there is a 500 peso deposit i just wanted rent a room not feel like i done something wrong spend a little more money and you will not regret it

Louisa was so kind, access to the beach and local food spots (all under 10mins walk away), locked motorcycle storage overnight, shower products provided, Aircon worked well. Pillow perfect for me, not too big or firm

Even though we booked last minute they were responsive and made everything possible so that we could get in comfortably. We had to wait for a little bit, but we were in the room with no issues at all. They even had some free coffee in the room for breakfast and a kettle, really appreciated
