“Excellent location and great cost-benefit”

The best part of the accommodation is definitely the location. It is just a few meters from the center of Anda, so you can easily access everything on foot without needing to rent a motorbike. The staff was friendly and helpful, the air conditioning was strong, the bed was comfortable, there was no noise from outside, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Overall, the value for money is excellent, which is why we gave it a 9.

Location close to market and food stands

The hut with the fan was small but cozy. I didn't need the fan at night, the nights are pleasant here. The bed linen was clean and the small bathroom with cold water and the toilet were also fine. The whole area is in a large, beautifully maintained garden and you can also use the pool, which was cloudy and smelled a lot of chlorine - unused. Just a short distance from the main road, it is very quiet. Sometimes they say the electricity goes out on the island, but I didn't have that happen during my four nights stay. The Wi-Fi was weak, especially in the evenings. You will need an adapter for the sockets. If you leave any food or sweets in the hut, the ants will find it, but that is a general rule for all of Asia, not just the Philippines.

“Good stay, could just do with a few upgrades”

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms are very basic but goes in line with the simplicity of the town. Could have better lighting but that’s just a matter of changing the light bulbs. The area itself is lovely, open ground lovely big space, you can sit in front of your room and enjoy a bit of nature. The staff were super friendly. Easy access to the town centre.

Basic amenities. Value for money. Nice location (only few meters away from the main road. It is near Quinale Beach, Anda Public Market and other tourist attractions.

It is the second time I come here. And this time we extended 2 more days because there are so many beautiful places to visit in Anda and around it.

Good location around 5 minutes walk into Anda town. The pool is ok although would be good to have sun loungers to relax around.

Friendly staff good location to beach and old castle which serves great food on the beach front... Basic accommodation but great for the price and a pool to cool down and a restaurant/bar... Also arranged a massage for me...

During my stay, I noticed that the bedsheet wasn’t very clean. I could feel dust and slight roughness on the fabric, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, the air-conditioner filter appeared to be unclean, and this caused some allergic reactions for me, such as sneezing and mild discomfort. Cleanliness and proper maintenance are very important to ensure a comfortable stay, so I was quite disappointed by these issues. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place for future stays unless improvements are made in cleanliness and room upkeep.

This property is great value for money. 5 minutes walk to town and the beautiful white sand beach. My fan room was clean but very small. Pool was a nice addition and the resto bar was cool.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Anders. The restaurant has a good selection and the food is good quality. The best part of staying at Anders was the two ladies working there. Cherry and Rezel were absolutely fantastic hosts.
