“Central location with friendly hosts”
The staff were friendly and helpful with ideas for things to do and places to see. We enjoyed an evening with wine and song with the host. The kitchen was well equipped and the communal area was pleasant for socialising. Washing service was very quick.

“Pleasant and comfortable”
At a central location in Ancud and quiet with enough communal space. Facilities such as hot shower and shared kitchen are basic, but function well. WiFi overall worked well. Beds are comfortable. They have heating which is a plus, considering it can be cold in the morning and evening. Very friendly helpful staff communicative with guests. One of them speaks excellent English and others are learning. Stayed 12 days! They offer tours of which the one to see penghuins is the most popular, but they do not impose.

Comfortable rooms, clean, reasonably large. Kitchen was one for the best we had in 4 motnhs. Staff was super friendly and helpful, booked the very early morning kayak tour which was totally fabulous. Highly recommended.

Close to bus station. View from outside the hut, quite pleasant area. A couple of the staff were very helpful.

“Lovely hostel I would recommend”
Lovely hostel with friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble and the welcome is genuine. Good location, good kitchen, really nice common area.

Really nice and cozy place, very clean, well equipped kitchen with free tea and coffee. They also offer a tour to the penguins. They have a wood heating what makes it even cosier.

“Great place in Castro”
It looked a little rough from the outside but as soon as we got inside we felt comfortable. The shared kitchen was well equipped and clean, so was the bathroom. It felt very homey and you're able to glimpse the ocean from many windows around the house.

Very cute and cosy place with a super nice and helpful staff ! There is everything you need. My room was really big and comfy, the common area is also very nice, and the house is well located in Ancud. I definitely recommend this place !
